Custom orders can take up to 7 days before getting shipped, depending on our workload.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages
We kindly ask our customers never to refuse the delivery of a package. In accordance with legislation, simply refusing a delivery does not constitute a valid and legal declaration of withdrawal.
Furthermore, international carriers systematically destroy refused or unclaimed packages to avoid prohibitive return shipping fees. Therefore, if you refuse a delivery, or if you fail to claim your package at the pickup point within the allotted time, leading to its destruction by the carrier, no refund will be granted.
If you wish to cancel your order or return an item, you must first accept the delivery of your package, and then follow our official return procedure.
