We accept only one discount code per order. To activate your promotional code, proceed to the payment, and a "promo code" tab will be visible. On mobile, you will need to click on "order summary" for it to appear.

We deliver across Europe and North America, as well as most parts of Asia and South America. Please proceed to checkout - your country is likely to be available!

Modifications can be made provided that your order has not yet been dispatched.

Please contact us as soon as possible.

An order can be canceled within 12 hours following the customer's order time.

After this period, your order will be in the process of being fulfilled and can no longer be canceled. Please contact us to cancel if you are still within the timeframe.

A cancellation fee of 3% of the total amount (including shipping) applies, covering our transaction costs.

Please note: if our team has had to intervene on your order due to an error in the address or the buyer's name, for example, the order is manually entered into the database and cannot be canceled without incurring fees.

Sale items and orders using vouchers/promotional codes are also not cancellable.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is complimentary for all orders exceeding a specific amount, which varies based on your destination country.

US & Canada: $50

Mainland Europe: 30€

UK / Ireland: 40 GBP (& 40€)

We ship all orders within 72 business hours.

Delivery prices may vary.

In the US & Canada, the cost is $3.99.

In Europe, it's €2.99.

Our deliveries are made using local postal services whenever possible (USPS in the USA, La Poste in France, etc.).

We ship from either Finland or Hong Kong, depending on your location. The total delivery time includes at least 6 business days for international shipping, plus an additional 3 business days for local postal service.

Having an issue with the postal service? Package lost or damaged?

With Shipping Insurance, Supercharged® handles disputes on your behalf. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We don't blame the carrier and leave you to "fend for yourself." We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Returns & Refunds

Unsatisfied with your product?

You have 7 days from the time of delivery to contact us and submit your request.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or if it arrives damaged, please get in touch with us.

Our solutions include returns, product replacements, renewals for damaged items, refunds, and more, depending on the individual case.

All refunds are processed on the 1st of each month. Following this date, it may take up to 10 days for the funds to reflect in your bank account for credit card payments. PayPal refunds, however, are instant.

Using your product

1) Clean your Console and Controllers surfaces as thoroughly as possible.

2) Peel one piece of the Skin from the paper liner without touching anything and apply it onto the machine. Start at one edge and align with other edge.

3) During the cold weather or for a better result, please use a hair dryer or a hot air gun to activate chemical agent when applying, especial the edge surface. Allow at least 3 hours for cool down before touching the decal sticker skin

Taxes

Prices include VAT and/or State Taxes.

Supercharged® legally ships its products worldwide. However, the buyer is responsible for their country's import taxes, and we accept no liability for domestic taxes.
